Sara Bytheway believes that knowing the past is excellent preparation to deal well with the future. She brings valuable breadth of view to the Austin law practice from her well-versed perspectives of both law and history. The combination of an undergraduate degree in history and a law degree (both from Brigham Young University), has served her—and our clients—well.

Sara enjoys transactional law, focusing her time primarily on business and organizational documents, contracts, and estate planning.

When not focused on legal matters, Sara can often be found swinging a golf club, a tennis racket, or bicycling. She modestly claims to do them all only moderately well; an assertion some would dispute.
