Marc Austin received his Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University after earning a Masters of Accountancy degree at BYU. Prior to engaging in his private law practice, Marc worked at the national accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, and was a partner at the law firm Morrison & Austin, LLC.
Marc combines his legal expertise with acumen as a licensed CPA, which creates an unusually powerful knowledge base with which to assist clients in matters of tax, estate, probate and business. He is genuinely interested in making certain that the estate and other legal needs of existing clients are well-served, and that the needs of his clients’ posterity are likewise served.
Marc has advised clients in many complex areas of estate planning, estate settlement and probate. He also has considerable experience in business law, taxation, mergers and acquisitions. He has helped many clients organize and operate corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and non-profit organizations. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors for several charitable organizations. Marc and his wife Tami reside in Provo, and are the parents of six.
